FIOM Rwanda, with the support of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, is helping communities to take a more active role in local governance. This work supports local people to participate in local planning processes and to offer their thoughts on the delivery of services and projects that will affect them and their families.
Communities are helped to choose a local project which they will scrutinise, evaluate and on which they can provide feedback.
